THE TUSCANY-INSPIRED RESTAURANT IN BOLSHOY SAVVINSKY LANE
Everything here is like in a true Italian home — with history, taste and slow rhythm. In a mansion with a patio, a fountain and white tablecloths, Alessio Gini works his magic. This chef knows not only how to cook, but also how to introduce you into the taste of Italy.
Created as a homage to the famous restaurant of the same name in the fashionable Tuscan Forte dei Marmi with ancient villas packed with aristocrats, famous artists, actors and simply wealthy and beautiful people during the season, the restaurant occupies a two-story mansion in Bolshoi Savvinsky Lane.

Now the project is run by restaurateur Svetlana Drobot, who will continue to develop it with care and respect for the history of the place. There is no fuss here, but you can feel the taste, light and the atmosphere of an Italian summer that never ends.

ALESSIO GINI

Chef of Bistrot

Alessio Gini is from Verona, and his cuisine is a lively dialogue between Italy and Russia. He lives in Moscow for over 15 years now, speaks Russian perfectly, loves kulebyaka, shchi and posikunchiki, but cooks his food in the Italian way: precisely, warmly, with passion.

Alessio’s experience is a long way from restaurant projects and wine lists to his own recipe book, where he has collected family dishes from his native Veneto region. Everything is important in his cuisine: taste, texture, wine pairing.
